Galatians 6:14 (King James Version) "But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world". It's all about what Jesus done for us on the cross, at Calvary! Jesus scored the greatest touchdown in history! It is there he said, "it is Finished"! Thank God Jesus don't have to go to the Cross every year, but once and for all time on behalf of sin, he settled the debt that mankind owed to God, which we could never pay. But Jesus paid it all with his precious blood. By faith in the finished work of the Cross, he redeemed us, or bought us back with the blood he shed for us. The Bible says "without the shedding of blood, there is no remission of sin". Paul wasn't Boasting on a piece of wood or tree, but what happened on that tree, at Calvary. Where he destroyed the works of the devil. Glory to God! There is nothing you are facing that Jesus haven't gone to the cross for. He addressed it all on the cross. He did all the heavy lifting there, so that we can cast all our burdens on him. Whatever you need, whether salvation, healing, deliverance, peace,joy, provision, favor, etc. It all comes through and because of the finished work at the cross!
